On 2-4 February 2012 Oxana Lekarenko took part in the international conference “Central Europe on the Threshold of the 21st Century: Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Challenges in Politics and Society”, organized by the Faculty of Political Sciences and International Studies of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun (Poland), with the presentation “The Elements of the Continuity in the US Policy towards European Integration: the Case of the EU enlargement of 2004”.
The Fellowships programme of the Finnish Centre for International Mobility (CIMO) is open to young researchers (after Master-level, but not post-doctorate) from all countries and from all academic fields.
In late 2011 the European Commission launched the new call for proposals within the Jean Monnet programme. Applicants from EU member states and partner countries are invited; conditions are the same for everyone. Currently the programme is now present in 68 countries throughout the world. Traditionally the programme accepts applications dealing with two key activities – teaching and research. Deadline for proposal submission is February 15, 2012.
The Swedish Institute Baltic Sea Region Program/Visby Program offers scholarships for master’s level studies in 2012-2013. The scholarship covers both the tuition fee and living expenses. About 40 scholarships will be allocated.
